What this site is

12Watch publishes footage recorded in the field and, from time to time, a public live broadcast. It is a media site, not an emergency service, a news wire of record, or a source of official information.

Content disclaimer

• Footage is published by the operator. Each clip, its title and its context are chosen and written by the 12Watch operator. They describe what the operator observed and understood at the time.
• Dispatch transcripts are machine-generated and unverified. The private 12Watch app transcribes public-safety radio automatically. Those transcripts contain errors, are never reviewed as fact, and are never published on this site as fact.
• Locations are general. Places are given at the level of a city or neighborhood, never as an exact address.
• Events change. What a clip shows is a moment. Official agencies, not 12Watch, are the authority on what happened, who was involved and why.

If you are in an emergency, contact your local emergency number. Do not rely on this site for safety information.

Using the content

Footage, text and the 12Watch name and mark belong to 12Watch or its licensors. You may link to and share any page using the share controls or by copying the link. Reposting, re-editing or commercially using footage requires written permission — ask via the contact below.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to access the private operator app without authorization, interfere with the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it, or use its content to harass or endanger anyone.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Live broadcasts may start, stop or fail without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 12Watch is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Takedown requests

If you believe a clip infringes your rights or puts someone at risk, contact us with the clip's link and the reason. We review every request.
